By accessing, downloading, or using the Stringly mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Stringly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which form part of this agreement.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the Service with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Verification and Data
To maintain authenticity and safety within the community, Stringly may offer optional or required identity verification features.
As part of this process, we may collect and store limited verification data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not publicly disclose raw verification data and use it solely for account authentication and safety purposes.
6. AI Features
Stringly uses AI-driven tools to improve your experience — such as generating conversation suggestions or enhancing interactions.
AI outputs are intended as assistance only. You remain solely responsible for your communications and actions within the Service.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated suggestions.
7. User Content and License

You grant Stringly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to:

Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.

9. Moderation and Enforcement
Stringly combines automated moderation, user reporting, and human review to detect and manage violations.
We may remove content, limit access, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
If you believe an action was taken in error, you may appeal through the in-app process or by contacting our support team.
10. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features or enhancements on Stringly may be available through paid plans or subscriptions.

Purchases through third-party platforms (e.g., App Store or Google Play) are governed by their respective payment policies.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

11. Safety Guidelines

Stringly does not perform background checks on all users and cannot guarantee the conduct of any individual. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.

By using Stringly, you consent to our data practices described therein.
13. Intellectual Property

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stringly and its affiliates from any loss, damages, claims, or expenses arising out of:

16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, endangered user safety, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately.
17. Disclaimers
The Service and all content provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available.”
We make no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or specific results from use.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stringly and supersede all prior understandings.
